Items damaged in transit

 

If any goods are damaged in transit, please report this to us within 2 working days from when the item was delivered, if the item is visibly damaged upon receipt please sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly all items should be returned in the way they arrived in their original packaging.

Please contact us on info@sfdireland..com prior to returning any goods, please enclose images of the damaged goods and the reason for return.

The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund/replacement.

 

Items faulty on arrival

 

If any goods are faulty on arrival please report this to us within 3 working days.

All of the items have to be returned in their original packaging once investigated we will refund or replace the items.

 

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, if the item does notr turn out to be faulty you will be liable for the return costs.

Change of mind

 

If you have changed your mind upon delivery and wish to return your purchase, please contact us on info@sfdireland..com prior to your return.

 

Once you have contacted us please return the goods to the address we will provide within 5 working days of notifying us.

 

We will issue a full refund for the product minus the shipping costs.

 

 

Order not as ordered

 

If the order does not reflect the original order you made or if you have received the wrong item, we will be more than happy to replace or exchange it.

 

We cannot exchange or refund any products which have been opened.

Liability

All goods must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund in compliance with our refunds policy as above, goods will be inspected upon return. We reserve the right to refuse the refund or replacement if they do not adhere to the above.
